A saw machine delivery signals a long-term
agreement between the equipment supplier and
the customer. Veisto's fitters are responsible
for the installation of the machines, for their
start-up within the customer's sawmill, and
also for the training of the operation and maintenance
staff. The cooperation continues with service
and maintenance visits, and with supplementary
training for operators.
A preventive maintenance service system designed
together with the customer is aimed at guaranteeing
efficient operation in the sawmill and an even
production flow. The warehouses of Veisto's
subsidiaries in Sweden, Germany and Canada are
amply filled with all the key components of
the HewSaw.
