The 3 level board separator conveyor can be used with the R200, R250 and R200 Plus, R250 Plus single pass breakdown machines to separate the top and bottom edged-boards from the center pieces. The edged-boards are separated by separating plates and then diverted to conveyors above and below the center pieces. They drop to the side of the conveyor and singulated below to a transfer table. The center pieces carry on forward. The conveyor is very reliable at high speeds due to the simple but effective function.
